Job Opening: Helpline Operator – Remote Position
Hope Life Center is a Christ centered organization dedicated to helping every woman in Illinois find the freedom to choose life for her unborn child. HLC currently has two centers, their original center in Sterling, and as of 2018, a center in downtown Ottawa. These centers function as an emergency room for the pregnancy decision, providing women in Illinois with a life-affirming alternative to other clinics. Hope Life Center’s patient team serves at-risk women with a free pregnancy options consultation including pregnancy testing, an ultrasound, and STI testing. The ethical medical care they provide empowers women to make informed decisions about the outcome of their pregnancies.
The mission of the Helpline Operator is to be the first point of contact for women struggling with a pregnancy decision. By scheduling callers for an appointment to receive services, mothers find peace of mind knowing they have the opportunity to learn more about their pregnancy and their pregnancy options.
