Change For Life Campaign

This year on January 18, our nation will recognize the 43rd annual Sanctity of Human Life Day—a powerful reminder that every life is a sacred gift worthy of protection and care. In this moment, the call for both prayer and meaningful action has never been more urgent.

One tangible way to make an impact in our community is through our Change for Life Campaign. This annual initiative unites local churches and individuals in a shared mission to provide the support and resources women need to confidently choose life.

Our 2026 Change for Life Campaign will launch on Sanctity of Human Life Sunday, January 18. Participating churches will distribute baby bottles for families and congregants to take home, fill with loose change, cash, or checks, and return to their church in the weeks that follow.

Every gift given through this campaign strengthens life-affirming care in our community—ensuring more women are met with compassion, medical support, and the encouragement they deserve. Together, we can empower moms, support families, and celebrate the immeasurable value of every life.

3 ways you can participate . . .

  1. Pick up a bottle at your church on Sunday, January 18th, take it home, fill it with loose change, checks, and cash, and return it to your church by February 28th. Call us at 815-625-5376 to arrange pick up and drop off of a bottle if your church doesn’t have any available for you.
  2. Participate virtually without a baby bottle. You can make an online donation here.
  3. Pray for abortion to be erased from our community. If you can’t participate financially, that’s ok. We need your prayers to see women in our community find the freedom to choose life!

At Hope Life Center, we work hard with one goal in mind: helping pregnant mothers find the freedom to choose life, and it’s working. We saw 92 lives saved through our Sauk Valley clinic last year! Our efforts bear even more fruit when coupled with the efforts of our local churches: the greatest tangible forces for righteousness and life in our community.

You can also join us in our work to turn our culture from death to life by speaking authoritatively on the Biblical truths surrounding the issues of life:

    • God is the Author of Life and possesses the exclusive right to give and take life.
    • Every human life bears the image of God and is therefore worthy of nurture and protection.
    • God’s wisdom and provision are freely offered to men and women experiencing a crisis pregnancy.
    • There is forgiveness in Christ for those who have had abortions in their past.
